Me? That's a mixture from software developer, music artist and passionate boulder guy. In 2014 I finished my Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science at the University of Lübeck. Since then I'm a Master student in Entrepreneurship in digital Technologies in Lübeck as well, currently doing some research in machine learning for semantic data. JuCoo (Just Cooking) was developed in 2015 as web-of-trust receipe exchange platform using PHP and JS. Until today around 30 users from my personal network are creating, sharing and cooking using JuCoo. Access is restricted to authenticated users only.
Of course, mensa food is not known for high quality standards. But are we able to extract some more information about the menus in Schleswig-Holstein? That's what I want to examine in the SHME longterm study. The extractor crawls daily menus and stores data until my analytics period starts 2018 or 2019.
